Zap! Pow! Bam! The Superhero: The Golden Age of Comic Books, 1938-1950
Saturday, October 12, 2013 and continues through Sunday, January 5, 2014
We here at TATE’S are proud sponsors of this SUPER cool exhibit at our local children’s art museum, Young at Art, located on State Road 84 in Davie. The number of important comics books and artwork assembled in one place is truly impressive. The activities associated with the exhibit are geared towards creative kids, but true comic connoisseurs will really enjoy spending their time just seeing all these treasures in person. If you love comics (and comic history) and you have a kid… this is a not to be missed exhibit. If you just really love comics and have no kid… it will still be worth the trip for you! It’s really impressive, don’t miss it!
