Join us on Saturday, July 26, 2014 for our 3rd Annual Cosplayrade during our 5th Annual Not at Comic-Con event at TATE’S main HQ in Lauderhill!
Unless you attended our annual Not at Comic-Con event in the past two years – you may be thinking to yourself… What is a Cosplayrade anyway?!
Well, its pretty much what it sounds like… its a Cosplay Parade! You wear a costume and join in the fun.
It is totally free to compete for prizes, free to walk in the parade, free to come out and enjoy the event. You’ll only pay if you find something in our HUGE store that you want to buy and bring home with you… and BONUS, everyone at the event wearing a cape or costume during this event gets 10% OFF the entire purchase. Yup.
To compete for prizes you will need to come early, be photographed and get a participant button. There is a window of time (see below) to register for judging. Even if you don’t register for judging/prizes you can still join in the parade walk! After the silly+fun parade, which just goes through and around our shopping center, we gather everyone in front for a huge group photo and then give away the prizes.
The prize amounts or categories are not announced ahead of time. We do this to keep in the spirit of FUN competition. This event is intended to celebrate the joy and camaraderie of COSPLAY!

Each year we try and improve upon everything we do, so this year is going to be the BEST ONE YET!
