Free Comic Book Day takes place all over the world once a year on the 1st Saturday in May, since 2002. It is a community driven event for the love of comics, with the goal of getting people READING comics! We here at TATE’S think this is a noble and important goal, so we wanted to do something to help spread the word about it. Many people celebrate this special day by visiting a number of comic book stores in their area “pub crawl style” and we encourage you to do the same!
